Request an invitation to an Executive Director Round Table by dropping us an email or giving the coordinator a call. Come visit with us. See if the group is right for you. You are welcome to attend two meetings before dues are requested to help support our hospitality and workshop costs. Special fees for particular workshops will be outlined with you in advance for initial meetings.

Reach Out and Make Connections!

Don't be shy. We want to emphasize that this group is for YOU to reach out, make connections, ask for help, request support and learn how to be more effective with your nonprofit within a shared process. We might not have all the answers, but there is power and strength in group collaboration. One organization's success can benefit many.

Study and Learn!

Most nonprofit professionals are working unrealistic work weeks just to keep up. Continuing education endeavors often fall by the wayside simply due to a lack of enough time. We don't want to waste your valuable time with sales pitches, boring presentations, or "been there, done that" professional development lectures. You TELL US what you need to learn more about in depth in order to be relevant and precise in your work to build professional capacity. We will work out a plan to bring appropriate trainers, speakers, learning materials that will hopefully fit your place on the spectrum as well as that of the group.

Contribute!

No, we don't want your money. We want your expertise. Contribute to the discussion. Look for opportunities to mentor and lead our newer members. Share your story and your organization's history. Reflect on where we all might have operational redundancy. Seek opportunities for collaboration and cost sharing. Post events on the shared calendar. Market your organization with us. Let us know more about you and your work.
