Within the next 5-10 years, there will be almost a complete change of leaders in our communities, businesses, and nonprofit boards due to retirement or moving on of existing leaders. 

The community is in need of a prepared pool of individuals ready to take on those roles and responsibilities which will continue to move our communities forward.  The marriage between the for-profit and nonprofit worlds is vital. Nonprofit agencies depend on businesses not only for financial support but also volunteer resources, including both traditional volunteers and those serving as members of the governing boards.  The business community depends on these agencies to help hold families together, provide for a healthy and educated work force and to meet economic development needs at modest cost points.

Everything is moving quickly. We cannot do it alone. We must collaborate to be successful. And you might need consultative help to get there.

Let us know if you need help with professional development topics which might be uncomfortable to discuss within a group process. We have a coaching pool available and can help you secure support for technical assistance. After our pilot phase, EDRT members will be eligible for 1 hour of professional development coaching each month.
